Nogle klubber har også benyttet sig af Søren Hansens vejledning og rådgivning i forhold til baneændring eller omlægning i samarbejde med en banearkitekt.​ Søren Hansen har gode kontakter indenfor den del af golfverdenen og har blandt andet erfaring fra tidligere projekter med Rick Barril fra golfbanearkitektfirmaet Robert von Hagge. Rick har designet Les Bordes og Paris National og flere andre berømte baner.
